Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

For items listed in the store, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. For custom orders, personalization or art commissions, orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship due to necessary paint curing time and/or resin curing time.

I use UPS Ground Shipping and will share applicable tracking number(s) via email when they become available.

Can my order be upgraded to faster shipping?

Yes. CONTACT ME with the item you are interested in and we can discuss options. Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not yet! But if you are overseas I would be happy to discuss options.

Do you have a pickup option for local orders?

Yes. Most items have a pickup option during checkout. If an item does not have this option listed, please CONTACT ME with the item you are interested in so a local pickup can be arranged.

What is your return policy? 

Didn’t love what you ordered? I am happy to accept returns of items in their original condition within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged condition.

To initiate a return, please email ArtbyDanaPatrish@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item via email. Simply repackage your item, print and affix the shipping label to the package, and drop it off at a UPS store or UPS Drop-Off location. Once I receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing, and if accepted, for your refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Custom orders, personalization, and art commissions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
